alcohol-free beverages in Nigeria, responsible for the manufacture and sale of over 33 different Coca-Cola brands.
The Nigerian Bottling Company Plc (NBC) was incorporated in November 1951, as a subsidiary of the A.G. Leventis Group with the franchise to bottle and sell Coca-Cola product in Nigeria.
 
Position: Technical Buyer

Education: First or higher degrees in Engineering Sciences


Career type:
Professional qualification in Supply and Purchasing (CIPS) and MBA would be an added advantage

Role:
Strive to timely execute requests of internal customers, minimize cost to serve, positively influence inventories by proper scheduling & cooperating with other functions

Functional Area: Lead sustainable growth through professional acquisition of quality products and services

Desired Candidate Profile:
5 to 10years experience in Finance or supply Chain related activities with Negotiation experience through active participation in purchasing activities

Job Description:
•Lead sustainable growth through professional acquisition of quality products and services
•Strive to timely execute requests of internal customers, minimize cost to serve, positively influence inventories by proper scheduling & cooperating with other functions.
•Build long term relationships with suppliers
•Follow up with development and progress of each purchase order and contract in cooperation with requestor and supplier until fully executed, properly received and payment support in order.
