JOB TITLE 1: SENSORY EVALUATION ASSISTANT (REF. SEA 2010) 
 
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Responsible for managing sensory evaluation activities, provide information on product sensory quality attributes and statistical analysis of sensory test data, food product tasting parameters, analysis of colour, odour & texture of food products.

(1) ND Food Technology
(2) Five 0 ‘Level Credits, including Maths & English at not more than two sittings.
Must be proactive, resourceful, self motivated, target driven and communicate scientific information concisely, select, implement and evaluate problem solving techniques and tools effectively must have an eye for detail with good customer focus.
2yrs cognate experience in similar function.
